A source told the Daily Mail that the couple, who have been fighting a custody battle in court since 2016, are currently in negotiations and are finally getting closer to ending the legal drama.

Although Brad initially sought joint custody of their children, the source now claims that the actor is no longer seeking it. This means that Angelina will retain custody of the children, and he will have visitation rights.

A big factor in that decision is that some of the children are now adults. Maddox is 22, Pax 20 and Zahara 19. But Shiloh (17), Knox and Vivienne (15) are still minors. The older children are believed to have a bad relationship with Brad, and since they are adults in the eyes of the law, they are no longer covered by any custody arrangements.
